Please help the Dreambox remote is a pain I love my MX850! Another possible solution would be I could make this file available to someone willing to help and has both a MX700-850 and maybe a pronto and they could learn the funtions onto a pronto so that maybe someone familier with the hex code could eliminate the repeating. I also check the pronto files there are no Dreambox files available there. I tried the file for the Dreambox 7000 in the file section it seems the two remotes are different however the original author of that file gave me the idea to use another learning remote to learn from the original. The problem I have with the configuraton I have now is that to learned funtions tend to repeat since the timing of holding the button for learning is so time sensitive. Does anyone have a file they would share that works for this piece of equipment or does any one know how I submit this info to Home Theater Master so they can develop a file to add to the data base for this. The problem seems to be that the oringinal remote sends the siginal continuous repeating loop as long as you hold the button. The only sucess I have had sofar was to first learn the funtions onto another learning remote then use that to learn the funtions onto the MX850.
